This is the first job that has helped me figure out what I want/need in life. It has motivated me to want to become a better person at work and outside of work. Allied has definitely changed my life for the better and I will be forever appreciative of this experience. David is a great mentor for driven people who want to do something with their lives. He’s a human being so there are always things to work on, like coming off a little too intense at times or harsh/negative. But for the most part, it’s just out of him genuinely caring about others' success and wanting them to be at their best. And I know even when I no longer work here, I will still be able to count on advice from him with whatever I need and vice versa.
